TOP Food & Drug Launches Innovative Program
TOP Food & Drug stores in Aberdeen, Lacey, Olympia and Tacoma have today launched TOP Connection, a program unlike any in the Pacific Northwest.
TOP Connection members will receive a seven-day guarantee on their purchases. This means that if a member buys a product at a participating store and the product’s price goes on sale in a TOP Food & Drug advertising flyer during the next seven days, the difference in the price plus 1 percent will be credited automatically to the account of the TOP Connection member. Credits will accumulate monthly and members will be notified of their credit total, which then can be used on a future purchase at the store.
The seven-day price guarantee will apply to all grocery items such as cereals, canned vegetables and frozen foods, all dairy products, all self-service deli items, all non-edible products, all bulk foods and all health and beauty-care products.
TOP Connection members also will receive benefits such as:
- Easy return process: Members can call (877) TOP-3850 to “return” an item without going back to the store.
- Immediate notice of product recalls.
- Notice of new and discontinued items available at TOP Food & Drug.
- Access to purchase and savings history at TOP Food & Drug at www.TOP-foods.com.
- Online manufacturer coupons that are updated weekly.
- The ability to create an easy-to-use online shopping list that displays products in the order they will be found when walking through the store.
“Everyone that enters our TOP Food & Drug stores will receive our advertised prices, but our TOP Connection members will receive benefits that make their shopping experience easier and save them even more money,” said Emily Mallahan, TOP Food & Drug’s director of development. “TOP Connection rewards members without penalizing those who don’t use it.”
There is no charge to become a member of TOP Connection. To become a member, register at www.top-foods.com, call the TOP Connection toll-free hotline at (877) TOP-3850 or visit a TOP Food & Drug in Aberdeen (1213 E.
