Watch your savings grow. Since 1960, we’ve offered our own independent savings plan that currently pays 10% interest on any funds you deposit (interest is computed weekly and compounded quarterly). The savings plan is a hassle-free way to save for any purpose with the convenient option of payroll deduction and quarterly statements that help you monitor your account.

EDUCATIONAL REIMBURSEMENT:
Growth through Education. TOP Foods has partnered with WAFC (Western Association of Food Chains) and area community colleges to offer a Retail Management Certificate. This 10-course program is 100% reimbursed at completion along with an additional honorarium and 5% salary increase. We are also proud to send crew members annually to the Food Industry Management Program at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business as well as Portland State University’s Food Industry Leadership Center. Additional educational assistance offered on approved continuing education courses.

Homegrown fun. All crew members receive a Crew Club Card upon hire with automatic savings on food and merchandise in our stores.
