Reason for Recall: The products were manufactured at the McNeil consumer healthcare plant in Washington, PA that has been temporarily shut down.

Reason for Withdrawal: Product specification: Processing error occurred between pasta and egg noodle production and there was not complete segregation of formulas. There are no ingredient statement concerns.

Reason for Withdrawal: A quality issue due to a rancid smell.

May 18, 2010 - Full Circle Organic Spread

Reason for Withdrawal: Due to production scheduling errors, product containing non-Kosher grape concentrate was mistakenly manufactured on the same line prior to production of Kosher cane sugar-sweetened products. All ingredients used conform to Kosher requirements, however production equipment became non-Kosher once product containing non-Kosher grape concentrated was run.

Reason for Recall: The product was made using hydrolyzed vegetable protein manufactured by Basic Food Flavors, Inc. Las Vegas, Nevada. Basic Food Flavors initiated a recall of the hydrolyzed vegetable protein due to Salmonella contamination.
