ABOUT TOP
TOP Food & Drug has been called “the store that has it all”—and
for good reason. With 17 locations in both eastern and western Washington, and plans
for more, our success comes from a serious focus on quality and an enjoyable one-stop
shopping experience.
Our growing, well-staffed pharmacies naturally stress patient service and counseling,
and have been early entrants into services such as wellness screening, health fairs,
and MTM. These services, combined with an investment in the latest pharmacy technology,
make TOP pharmacies a rewarding work environment.
Our stores integrate a patient-centered Pharmacy department with an impressive line
of fresh local produce, seafood, baked goods, and other grocery items. TOP also
features in store FTD floral, Market Street Café/Delicatessen, and Starbucks
Coffee shops (most stores). In fact, TOP was the first grocery store in the U.S.
to have an in-store Starbucks!
EMPLOYMENT
TOP Food & Drug offers competitive wages and benefits too, with an exceptional
employee savings plan and great PT benefits. PT and FT employees can qualify for
a wide range of medical, dental, vision, Rx, 401k, life, AD&D, and short/long
term disability insurance benefits.
TOP has many great locations throughout the southern Puget Sound, including Seattle,
Tacoma and Olympia, Washington.
PACIFIC NORTHWEST LIVING
Throughout the Pacific Northwest, boating, hiking, skiing and biking activities
are all around you. The snow-capped peaks of the Cascade, Olympic and Coastal mountain
ranges surround the island system of the Puget Sound, providing a truly unique environment.
And right in the middle of it all is Seattle and Tacoma, offering all manner of
great music venues, festivals, museums, restaurants, and night life.
Olympia, the state capital, to the south is both a political and metropolitan hub,
while combining northwest rural and urban life
Eastern Washington is wine country, too! There are more than 60 wineries in and
around Yakima and Wenatchee alone. Tours and festivals bring together art, music,
agriculture, and fine dining throughout the year. The area is also well known for
its top-rated hops, apple and cherry farms.
Some of the great cultural events of the area include wine festivals and tours,
performing arts, museums and the historic 11-day Apple Blossom Festival.
